Kelly’s Garden Sense is looking to add motivated Crew Members - Building & Landscape and  Greenhouse Staff (part-time to full-time) to our growing team! This role is perfect for someone who loves plants, design, and working in a hands-on, fast-paced greenhouse environment.

Building & Landscape Crew: starting at $16,50 per hour based on experience 

• Assist with landscape installation and maintenance

• Build retaining walls, rock and water features, and other hardscape projects

• Plant trees, shrubs, and seasonal color

• Operate hand and power tools

• Work as part of a team to deliver exceptional customer service

Greenhouse Staff: starting at $15 per hour can be part-time to full-time

• Work with houseplants, locally grown annuals, and special orders

• Support daily greenhouse operations and customer experience

• Be part of a thriving, year-round greenhouse and full-service landscaping company

Experience:

• Experience preferred but not required - Please see detailed and open listing on Indeed.com or reach out for more details.
